Céline Gris acts mainly in complex business law litigation and in the field of mergers and acquisitions. In particular, she assists companies in post-acquisition disputes, conflicts between partners, or even leaders whose liability is in issue. She also represents clients in the field of proceedings brought by the regulatory authorities, such as the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Lastly, she has acquired expertise in restructuring and insolvency procedures.
Céline began her career at Kahn & Associés law firm (2009-2012). Thenafter, she set up her own firm before joining Lexington Lawyers in 2016. She joined Dolidon Partners in 2018.
