Anaïs Blao

Anaïs Blao primarily practices corporate law, commercial and transactional law. She advises companies and executives on contracts, governance, and the structuring of activities in the renewable energy sector.

Before joining Dolidon Partners, Anaïs worked at various law firms specialising in business law and tax law. She also worked in-house in the Corporate Affairs & Innovation department of the legal division of the French multinational group Transdev.
